"I can't say enough good things about Gina McAlister, one of the State Farm Customer Service representatives. I have called into the Hickory Hollow Parkway office numerous times over the years in a pinch to get information about one of my policies and she has always been extremely helpful and courteous. "I recently move from out of state and found DJ on the State Farm website. Having worked in insurance and with State Farm for a number of years I could see by DJ’s credentials that he was a good agent for my husband and I. His team member Josseline was a pleasure to talk to. She was actually planning a trip to our hometown next week and we discussed some hiking options that would be available to her on her trip. Josseline and I continued to have a great conversation as she helped me set up my Renters insurance for our apartment we were working towards securing. She was very detailed about some differences between Oregon and Tennessee’s insurance and I was appreciative of that. Josseline was also able to help forward my insurance to our apartment complex manager as she was associated with them. That particular help in our situation was considered above and beyond for my husband and myself. I look forward to our meeting later this week to help assist me with transferring the rest of my insurance policies."
